TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between She Travels in Style, a luxury travel agency affiliated with Fora Travel and a member of the Virtuoso consortium (“Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and you, the traveler or purchaser (“Client,” “passenger,” “you,” or “your”). By booking travel with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions, which outline our role as a booking agent for various independent suppliers of travel services (“Supplier(s)”). These terms limit our liability and define your rights and responsibilities as a traveler.
1. Use of Services and Travel Bookings
You affirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to book travel with us. You accept financial responsibility for all reservations made on your behalf and for any individuals for whom you are booking. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information and to only make legitimate bookings. Fraudulent or speculative reservations are prohibited.
Our agency acts solely as a booking agent, and your travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of each Supplier involved. You agree to abide by the terms set forth by all Suppliers.
We are not responsible for independent travel arrangements not booked through our agency, including but not limited to airfare, accommodations, excursions, or travel protection. We assume no liability for cancellations, schedule changes, or disruptions caused by independent bookings.
2. Pricing and Offers
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust pricing due to supplier changes. Offers and promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice. Clients are encouraged to confirm bookings well in advance to secure pricing and availability.
3. Payments, Cancellations, and Changes
You are responsible for all charges, fees, taxes, and assessments associated with your booking. By submitting payment, you authorize us to process transactions on your behalf.
Cancellations and Refunds: Many travel services are non-refundable. If you cancel or change a confirmed booking, penalties may apply. Refund eligibility is determined by the Supplier’s policies. Requests for cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing.
Chargebacks and payment disputes will be contested if they violate booking terms. Any costs incurred due to chargebacks, including legal fees, will be the Client’s responsibility.
4. Travel Documents and Identification
It is your responsibility to obtain and carry valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. U.S. citizens should consult the TSA and DHS for acceptable identification requirements. Passports should be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incorrect documentation. You must review all travel documents upon receipt and report any discrepancies within 24 hours.
5. Health and Safety Requirements
You are responsible for meeting vaccination and health screening requirements. Travel restrictions and entry requirements may change, and we advise consulting the CDC and the U.S. State Department for updates. Travel insurance covering medical emergencies is highly recommended.
6. Special Accommodations and Accessibility
Clients with disabilities or special needs should notify us prior to booking. While we will assist in arranging accommodations, availability of services may vary by destination. Suppliers’ policies regarding service animals and accessibility may differ from U.S. standards.
7. Travel Risks and Responsibilities
Travel to certain destinations may involve risk. We advise reviewing travel advisories issued by the U.S. State Department. Participation in any trip is at your own risk, and we are not liable for health or safety incidents.
8. Airline and Flight Policies
Your airline ticket is a contract between you and the carrier. We are not responsible for airline schedule changes, cancellations, delays, or baggage policies. Seat assignments, frequent flyer miles, and upgrades are subject to airline policies.
9. Supplier Responsibility and Liability Waiver
Our agency acts solely as an intermediary for Suppliers and is not responsible for their actions, omissions, or service quality. You agree that we are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from travel services provided by Suppliers.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, or supplier insolvency. Clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for trip protection.
11. Client Conduct and Responsibility
Clients must adhere to all Supplier rules and local regulations while traveling. Disruptive behavior or violations of laws may result in removal from travel services without refund. Clients are responsible for any damages caused to Supplier property.
12. Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. Clients who decline insurance must sign a waiver acknowledging their responsibility for any losses.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated and posted on our website.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. All disputes must be resolved in the courts of Logan, Utah. Claims must be filed within 12 months of trip completion. Class action lawsuits are waived under this Agreement.
By booking with She Travels in Style, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before confirming your travel plans.
